We teamed up with Asheville painter and printmaker Erika Busse for a very special limited edition print entitled, "Owl Story."
11x14" color printed and hand-pulled linocut, signed and numbered by Erika.
"The artwork was inspired by the screech owl and their unique songs, which I think can inspire us to share our own unique voice and talents." - Erika
This collaboration has some extra history behind it. In 2024, Hurricane Helene swept away the screen printing studio and business Erika shared with her partner in Asheville’s River Arts District. In the wake of that loss, they decided to put down even deeper roots in their community, rebuilding their dream studio outside the flood zone in a space of their own.
In spring 2026, they moved into the new studio and began making and teaching art there again. Owl Story was the first commissioned artwork Erika printed in the new space, making this collaboration especially meaningful to all of us.
